Fashionistas were on their best-dressed behavior when Fashion Police star George Kotsiopoulos visited Houston as part of the Gap Factory Store’s “Exclusively Styled” campaign. The vivacious slash adorable television personality made a special appearance at the Houston Premium Outlets where he lent himself as a Style Editor for Gap Factory Store offering expert tips, product picks, and styling edits.
My fellow fashion bloggers and I gathered at the outlets in hopes of a one-on-one interview with Kotsiopoulos and to catch the fashion show. Although we didn’t get our one-on-one, we were treated with a intimate group Q&A sesh. Kotsiopoulos was just as sassy in person as he appears on Fashion Police, candidly answering all our questions.
After the meet-and-greet we took turns snapping selfies with Kotsiopoulos and with one another. The blogging community in Houston is small so after many events and multiple high-heeled adventures, we’ve become friends with a shared interest in fab fashion, content, and blogging.
By the time the fashion show started, we were all melting in our chairs. It’s Houston. It’s August. It’s hot. Luckily, the show featured a limited amount of looks, just enough to showcase 2 hot trends for Fall: ‘Military’ and ‘Varsity’. After the show, the fashion bloggers dispersed, many of us to go shopping where we found some great deals including Shasie and Nicole’s amazing Kate Spade steals or my $10.80 Forever 21 bowler hat.
